Veterinary Pharmacy Assistant

You’re the kind of person who gets a quiet satisfaction from keeping things perfectly in order and catching details others might miss. You know that accuracy matters, and you take pride in making sure every prescription is correct, every label is clear, and every patient gets exactly what they need. In this role, you’ll oversee in-house prescription preparation, manage online pharmacy orders, and ensure medications are accurate and on time. You’ll work closely with our doctors and technicians, keeping our pharmacy organized and running smoothly. This is the perfect fit if you have veterinary or pharmacy experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing focus.

Client Care Coordinator

You’re the kind of person who can make a stranger feel like a friend in minutes. You remember names, faces, and the little details that make people feel valued. You love being in the middle of a busy, welcoming environment where you can keep things running smoothly while connecting with everyone who walks in the door. As our client care coordinator, you’ll be the first smile clients see and the reassuring voice they hear on the phone. You’ll greet pets and their people warmly, manage appointments, keep the front desk organized, and make sure clients leave feeling cared for and confident. Even when the phones are ringing and the lobby is lively, you stay composed, friendly, and focused – because you know every interaction shapes how clients feel about our hospital.
