We want payment for services to be as simple as possible. So here are the ways that we accept payment:

1. We Accept: debit cards, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). Cash is accepted but we do not make change. (Anything over the amount due will go onto your account as a credit.)
2. Cherry – Cherry is a simple and affordable payment plan option that lets you split your pet’s care costs into manageable monthly payments. There is no hard credit check to apply, and the application takes just minutes using your phone or at our front desk. Click here to Apply!
3. CareCredit – If you haven’t heard of CareCredit, you’re missing out. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that can be used at over 175,000 dentists, veterinarians, ophthalmologic, hearing and cosmetic/wellness offices around the country. It allows you to split up payments, and depending on the amount you may get 6 or 12 months to pay with no interest! You can apply online at www.CareCredit.com, or you can come into the office and we can submit your application for you.

Concerning payment plans, billing, or holding checks: Unfortunately, we no longer accept these payment methods. We are truly sorry if that causes any inconvenience. Consider insuring your pet! Much like the insurance that covers all of us pet owners, pet insurance is not perfect. But when large, but necessary expenses befall our beloved pets, it is a blessing to have!
