Choosing a doctor isn’t easy. You’ve got to trust them and the whole staff. You’ve got to feel comfortable with their philosophy, the ways they look at health and illness and aging and how they interact with you and your pet.

At this time we require a deposit to get you placed on the schedule in addition to a few other items discussed below. This deposit goes towards the first exam and can be refunded if cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment. Once you are an established client a deposit is no longer required.

We will also need complete medical records including vaccine history from any previous vets. Please have them sent to either newpet@rrvet.com or faxed to (910) 454-8912. This is so that our doctors can review and be familiar with your pet’s care before you even walk in the door.

We will reach out with some additional forms to be filled out in full. Once we have received your forms and previous medical history we will collect the required deposit and get you onto the appointment schedule!
